What is Far Infrared Light?

  
 
  Far Infrared light is the part of the sun's invisible spectrum. It is the part of sunlight that we experience as deep penetrating heat. It does not burn the surface of the skin. The light spectrum consists of x-ray, ultraviolet, visible light, infrared, far infrared, microwave, and electric waves. Infrared energy is never a visible light.
